APPROACH

We decided to engage a celebrity into this campaign and chose Sergey Svetlakov. Segey’s task was to explain main benefits of the products and in a simple and unconventional way tell how to use them at home.

We did four online broadcasts with Sergey and LG experts talking about features of the different groups of LG products (washing machines, fridges, etc.). Any user had an opportunity to ask a question using a web-site, social media or a Skype call.

 

RESULTS:

> 1 300 000 views of Live broadcasts​
> 6 000 000 views of all video materials​
> 16 000 000 reach of campaign​
